We’ve had a busy weekend! This past Saturday at approximately 10h07 a call was received by our Control Room about a suspect who had unlawfully entered a property in Hillcrest Road, Somerset West.
Our Armed Response units were dispatched and Officers Freddie, Luvo and Bevin rushed to the scene. They stood down within minutes and found the suspect on the scene. He had house breaking equipment in his possession and was detained and handed over to Somerset West Police.
Well done to both the Control Room and Armed Response staff for great team work and preventing a break in!
