On Wednesday 24 June 2015 at approximately 15:00 Strand CID public safety officers were on crime prevention foot patrols in Strand CBD when they were called to a business in Main road Strand to assist the store manager after a lady had apparently been caught shoplifting.
The CID Public Safety officers stood down at the business and assisted the Shop manager until Strand Police took over the scene.
