On Friday 28 August 2015 Strand SAPS assisted by Armed response members from Secure Rite as well as Strand CID Public Safety officers Strand Neighborhood watch Members and members of AM security held a crime prevention operation in the Strand.
A number of people were arrested for drug related crimes and possession of dangerous weapons.
The ops was a great success
